Tim and Joan Greer founded Greer Tile in 1980 and built it from the ground up, literally.

One project at a time, it grew into a local powerhouse and, eventually, the market leader in the Greater Pittsburgh area.

By the time the grandkids were having kids of their own, the Greers faced the question every family business eventually runs into: Who takes over?

They didn’t have to look far.

John Ward and Mike “The Iron” Daley earned the reins and still run the company to this day.
